Sealed Units have become a highly technical product in recent years with the vast range of coatings improving insulation, solar control, noise reduction and even creating a self-cleaning glass; optimising appearance and reduce building heating costs. We offer a wide range of sealed units and we can provide building control and safety advice and have the capability to deliver large units on site.

Sealed Units

Insulated units are a component part of any construction project. The insulation provided by the gas filled cavity between the two panels in our units, provide a controlling barrier for heat and sound which, is second to none. Our sealing line, enables us to provide a super high quality, consistent finish. Critically important for frameless glass or toggle.

Double Glazed Units can be made to an infinite number of shapes, sizes and applications, used on building facades for insulated spaces. The technology creates an insulating panel trapping a gas, or air cavity, between two pieces of glass – these sheets of glass can be toughened or laminated depending on the application.

Triple Glazed Units

Triple Glazed Units can provide the highest thermal performance in any insulated glass unit. The use of a third glass panel creates a secondary gas cavity within the insulated glass unit, which improves the thermal performance in the centre pane.

Internal glass panels with low-e coatings reflect internal heat back inside the unit achieving Ug values as low as 0.5W/m2K within a Triple Glazed Unit. From our modern manufacturing facility, we produce Sealed Units for a wide range of applications.

Decorative Designs

Insulated glass units can be personalised by adding lead, coloured films or bevel clusters to enhance the appearance of your property, or to match your existing glass style.

Sandbast designs can add a new dimension to the standard obscure glass styles available on the high street. Georgian and duplex bars can also be added to ensure a perfect match to your original windows.

We can split down your original sealed units to re-use a much loved design or update to a modern version, the choice is yours. Even traditional leads can be inserted into a sealed unit to preserve a piece of history.
